News platform Vietnam plus placed an article about disbursement of 95 trillion Rp (6.32 billion USD) by the Finance Ministry of Indonesia to support food security next year. Allocated finance will be utilized to support production of strategic food commodities, also to develop local human capital is competitive in the sectors of agriculture and fishery.

Additionally Indonesian government pursues to encourage application of advanced technologies, data, in the sectors of innovation climate, supply and logistics, and sustainable food production.   

Fund for food security will be deployed between ministries as Agriculture Ministry, the Maritime and Fisheries Ministry, the Public Works and Public Housing Ministry, and the National Development Planning Ministry/National Development Planning.
