EMIRATES FLIGHT CATERING UNIT OPENS WORLD'S BIGGEST VERTICAL FARM IN DUBAI

United Arab Emirates launched world’s boggest vertical farming plant to bolster country’s food and water security. The $40m Bustanica hydroponic farm constructed with the purpose to produce about a million kilos of greens annually with 95% less water consuming than conventional farming.
Saving 250 million litres of water, hydroponic farm will grow fresh produce without pesticides, herbicides or chemicals. The project stands for the sustainable growth aligned with country’s food and water security strategies.
