Islamic Organization for Food Security Forum Planned in Qatar

TEHRAN (IQNA) – A three-day IOFS Strategic Commodities and Food Safety Forum is planned to be organized by Islamic Organization for Food Security (IOFS) in Qatar.
Starting on Monday, it will be held under the umbrella of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), in coordination and cooperation with Qatar’s Ministry of Municipality.
Director of Food Security Department at the Ministry of Municipality Dr. Masoud Jarallah Al Marri said that Qatar’s hosting of this forum confirms its keenness to strengthen the food security system in Islamic countries and build its capabilities in this vital and important sector.
