Islamic Organisation for Food Security introduces modern management technologies
10 January 2020
Dynamic development of international collaboration and coordination of the organisation’s activities demand a constant search for new approaches in implementation of modern technologies in management systemisation.

The Islamic Organisation for Food Security (IOFS) entered into an agreement with one of the leading IT companies in Kazakhstan, Arta Astana LLP, to develop a unique product that could speed up and automate communication processes within the IOFS Secretariat and between its member countries. The program would unite users from around the world to help them solve common problems jointly. According to the Director-General of Arta Astana LLP Issa Nakhipov the project covers the entire management cycle from strategic to operational management, including plan/project management, task control, and time management. In addition, it contains single storage for the content, knowledge base, ability to conduct a quick semantic search for information, and many other features.
In order to ensure the smooth operation of the Secretariat and provide comprehensive and professional technical support for all equipment and information systems, agreements have been reached with a number of other young but successful local IT-companies.
