During his working visit to Germany, Deputy Prime Minister Kanat Bozumbayev engaged in several key meetings, focusing on enhancing bilateral cooperation. He met with Jens Brandenburg, Parliamentary State Secretary to the Federal Minister of Education and Research, to explore joint personnel training in water management, with Germany ready to help identify a university partner for Kazakhstan's new National University of Water Management and Irrigation in Taraz. Discussions with Claudia Müller, Parliamentary State Secretary to the Federal Minister of Food and Agriculture, centered on expanding the market for Kazakh agro-industrial and organic products in Germany, and exploring a regional center for sustainable agriculture in Central Asia. Additionally, Bozumbayev and Boris Greifeneder, Managing Director of German Water Partnership, agreed to draft a Global Water Partnership Agreement between Kazakhstan and Germany.
