Astana, Kazakhstan – 27 December 2024- The Director General of the Islamic Organization for Food Security (IOFS) visited the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to express condolences following the tragic air crash involving Azerbaijan Airlines.
During the visit, the Director General met with H.E. Mr. Agalar Atamoglanov, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to convey sympathies on behalf of IOFS to the government and people of Azerbaijan, as well as to the families of those who lost their lives. The Director General also signed the book of condolences, offering heartfelt prayers and wishes for the swift recovery of those injured in the incident.
The Islamic Organization for Food Security remains committed to strengthening ties with its Member States and providing support in moments of grief and adversity.
