[Astana, Kazakhstan] - The second day of tribute to the late Ambassador Askar Mussinov, 14 February 2024, H.E. Mr. Alibek Bakayev, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, visited the headquarters of the Islamic Organization for Food Security (IOFS) to officially offers condolences and paid respects to the esteemed diplomat on behalf of the Organization’s hosting country.
Mr. Bakayev consoled the IOFS Staff at this difficult moment, while reassuring of his country’s commitment to support the Secretariat to implement the vision that Ambassador Mussinov had brought to the Organization as a manner to honour his memory.
It is worth mentioning that H.E. Khayrullo Ibodzoda, the Ambassador of Tajikistan, and Mr. Alexander Milyutin, the Consul of the Russian Embassy counted among the dignitaries that solemnly signed the Tribute and Memorial Book honoring the late IOFS Director General.
