One of the major news and information agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan AZERTAC published a material about recent visit of the IOFS Director general to Baku, Azerbaijan and holding a meeting at the National Reference Laboratory of the Food Safety Institute.

During the meeting HE Yerlan A. Baidaulet was informed about food safety related projects of the Institute, which has chain of research laboratories equipped with advanced facilities. Parties discussed prospects of future coopereation between IOFS and the research institute especially in the sphere of food safety standards and generating new varieties of high-yielding, ecologically adapting plants.
