IOFS participates in the Extraordinary OIC CFM in Islamabad

The 17th Extraordinary session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers on Assistance to Afghanistan is being held in Islamabad, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Official representatives and country delegations led by ministers arrived hereto to find out ways for helping Afghan people. Also heads of such OIC institutions as IsDB, IOFS, ICIC, ISF were officially invited to share their views with member countries. 
 
The IOFS  Director General HE Yerlan A.Baidaulet held  today several meetings, including HE Dr Mohamed H. Elasbali,  the Executive Director, The Islamic Committee of the International Crescent (OIC specialised institution) and the Ambassador HE Dr Mohammed Saeed Alayyash, the Director General of the OIC Mission to Afghanistan.

Later at the noon time the IOFS delegation has visited  COMSTECH HQ and met H.E. Professor Dr Muhammad Iqbal Choudhary, the Coordinator General of COMSTECH. Both heads of institutions discussed wide range of working issues and unanimously agreed to continue joint cooperation and achieve short- and midterm goals by drafting and signing in January the Action Plan for 2022-2023. 
 
Later the IOFS Director General has coordinated verbally the related draft resolutions of the CFM Senior Officials Meeting with the delegation of IOFS hosting country represented by the Kazakh Ambassador to KSA HE Berik Aryn.
