On June 17, 2022 Director-General of IOFS H.E. Yerlan A. Baidaulet and IOFS Programs and Projects Office managers commenced a working visit to the Kazakh Agrarian University named after Saken Seifullin.
During the meeting, the IOFS delegation was exposed to the current areas of the University’s activities and the IOFS Director General discussed key areas of IOFS’s strategic programs and latest developments.
Furthermore, parties discussed opportunities of mutual cooperation and strengthening the partnership between IOFS and the University, including joint implementation of programs on Development of Strategic Commodities, National Gene Banks, Food Safety and Organic Products.
Following the meeting, parties agreed to convene in depth working discussions on further cooperation between IOFS and University in the upcoming weeks. Mutual projects and collaboration initiatives would be conducted by respective and program- related Joint Working Groups.
